Knowing Thyself 16A

My human capital

  1. Im very genuine and will always tell the truth
  2. Im very upbeat and try to be positive more than the average person
  3. Im very friendly and get along with a wide range of people
  4. Not scared of failing
  5. Will always try to be the best at what I do.

Reflecting on these interviews I found a lot of similarities in what I see in myself. The people i interviews discussed that I do work hard and how I am able to handle many things in my life at once. Coming to college is a hard time and especially a place where your time management skills are pushed to the max. I think I have a pretty good sense of who I am and i saw this reflected in the interviews. If i could go back and redo my list from number 1, I would probably include a lot more social encountered things because physical things have stopped being such bad altercations for me and I have become more at peace with things that don’t go my way throughout the day.

  1. Great post Brynn! I thought it you did a great job with these interviews. When I did this assignment, I found it hard to figure out what qualities I thought I had when it pertains to human capital, but I thought you did a good job, nonetheless. I definitely agree with the sentiment that college can be hard to adjust to and I think that everyone can relate.
